We offer free delivery within the UK via our selected courier, currently DHL. We plan to extend to Europe and International regions in the future.

UK orders are usually picked and packed within 2 working days of being placed. Our order cut-off time is 12:00 noon (GMT). Orders placed after this time, or on weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

We aim to deliver all orders within 5 working days, although delivery times may vary for international shipments due to customs clearance, local delivery services, or public holidays. These factors are outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

International orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means you are responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT, customs charges, or local taxes, including any charges incurred if goods are returned.

We do not control or reimburse these charges and are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

All prices and payments are processed in GBP (£). Currency exchange rates are determined by your payment provider, and we cannot be held responsible for fluctuations between purchase and refund.

You have the right to cancel your order and request a return within 14 days of receiving your items, in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Returned in their original Elandetta packaging, including the branded box and dust bag
• Free from damage, marks, or signs of wear (including marks on soles)

You may keep the swatch book provided with your order.

We recommend trying shoes indoors on a clean, carpeted surface only. Any marks to the soles or damage to the packaging will render the item ineligible for return.

We cannot accept returns that are worn, damaged, soiled, altered, or missing original packaging.

To request a return or exchange, please email hello@elandetta.com within 14 days of delivery, including:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Date of purchase
• Reason for return or exchange

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid courier label. Returned goods must be received by us within 28 days of delivery.

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Please allow:

• 3–5 working days for returns to be processed once received
• Up to 10 working days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.t your shipping policies, item returns, or customer service.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@elandetta.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
